General Returns 
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items — Products Bundled with Software Activation Keys 
Products that include or are bundled with software activation keys, license codes, or digital access credentials are not eligible for return or refund once the activation key has been revealed, delivered, or used.

By completing your purchase of such products, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.

Defective or Damaged Items 
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund for the physical component of the product.
