1. About Us
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tbridge.app, operated by T-Bridge. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products and Digital Goods
We sell software activation keys and digital licenses. All product descriptions, including license scope and supported platforms, are provided on the relevant product pages. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
3. Orders and Payment
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
4. Digital Delivery
Activation keys and license codes are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge that by completing your purchase of digital content (activation keys, license codes), you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered or revealed.
For physical goods bundled with digital content, the right of withdrawal applies only to the physical component, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
6. License Terms
Software activation keys sold through our store are subject to the end-user license agreement (EULA) of the respective software publisher. T-Bridge acts as a reseller and is not the software publisher. Any license restrictions (number of devices, territory, transferability) are governed by the publisher's EULA.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or products to:
- Resell or redistribute activation keys without our written consent
- Circumvent technical protection measures
- Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks without legitimate grounds
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T-Bridge's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that activation keys will be valid and functional at the time of delivery. If a key is defective or invalid, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Beyond this, we make no warranties regarding the software itself, which is governed by the publisher's terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that transaction. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
